Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or placing any bet on ak365. By registering and using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
1. Introduction

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. All transactions on ak365 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).
2. Eligibility
Use of ak365 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. ak365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of ak365, or an immediate family member of any of the foregoing.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information at all times.
ak365 operates a strict 21+ policy. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any bonuses already credited.
3. Account Registration and Verification
To use the gaming and betting services on ak365 you must first register an account. Registration is free of charge. You may hold only one active account on ak365 at any given time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited. ak365 reserves the right to carry out KYC verification procedures at any stage, including before a withdrawal is processed.
Account security obligations
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party.
- You must notify ak365 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].
- ak365 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure, except where our negligence contributed directly to the breach.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ak365 are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). ak365 supports instant deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment method you use to deposit is registered in your own name and matches the details on your ak365 account.
ak365 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or limits independent of ak365. Minimum deposit is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 15 minutes but may be delayed during high-traffic periods or while a verification review is in progress.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ak365 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts (including accounts under a third party's name) with the intent to circumvent bet or withdrawal limits.
- Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human play.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage, whether intentionally or through repeated use after becoming aware of the issue.
- Colluding with other players, sharing account access, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider betting in relation to sports events.
ak365 uses automated and manual monitoring tools to detect prohibited activities. Players found in breach of these rules will have their accounts closed immediately with no recourse. ak365 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases of suspected criminal activity.
7. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak365 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if ak365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ak365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ak365 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Amendments and Governing Law
ak365 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notification of material changes will be provided via a notice posted on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ak365 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and SSL-encrypted data protection.
